Bernstein told CNN that a source described as “very close” to President Joe Biden had repeatedly witnessed evidence of Biden’s “cognitive decline” over the past year and a half.

“These are people who are very close to President Biden, who love him, who have supported him, some of whom have raised a lot of money for him. They are very adamant that the Joe Biden that we saw the other night is not a one-off,” Bernstein explained.
“There have been 15 to 20 occasions in the last year and a half where the president has looked like the horror show we just witnessed,” he revealed.
Bernstein also acknowledged that what’s “very significant” about Biden’s cognitive decline is “how many people around the president know about it, including reporters who witnessed these events.”
According to Bernstein, “there has been a significant decline in cognitive function and a significant decline in physical function” over the past six months in particular.
