Wayne Gretzky is in the middle of a legal battle.
Hockey legend, and the NHL's all-time goals and points leader, are suing one of his former business partners, Veera Mahajan. According to TMZ.
In the 2022 lawsuit, Mahajan alleged that she invested in “OMG” after Gretzky, 64, gave testimony that it would help him lose 35 pounds.
Gretzky's wife Janet was also a company spokesman.
Mahajan admitted that Gretzky had lied about weight loss, accusing him of fighting the business, suing for fraud and seeking unspecified damages.
However, last year, Mahajan filed to dismiss the lawsuit after Gretzky fought it.
According to the report, Gretzky denied lying about weight loss, and Mahajan alleged that Gretzky “sues that it would soon be settled for millions of people to avoid potential negative publicity,” he said.
He sues her for malicious prosecution and seeks unspecified damages.

The lawsuit was reportedly filed in Los Angeles County this week.
However, Greetzky is not clear in “OMG”.
The company's founder, Stephen Sparks, sued Gretzky on a similar allegation with Mahajan a few days before filing the lawsuit.
The lawsuit is still ongoing.
Greetzky is currently an NHL analyst at TNT.
