Jannik Sinner will continue his quest to defend his Wimbledon title as he advances to the semi-finals of the 2026 tournament.
Four players, including Sinner, have a shot at making it to the finals.
The first semi-final features world No. 2 Alexander Zuberf, fresh off his recent French Open victory, and home favorite Arthur Ferry, who made it into this year’s Wimbledon as a wild card. Remarkably, ranked 114th in the ATP World Rankings, Ferry is only the third player in the past 40 years to reach Wimbledon’s semi-finals from outside the ATP top 100.
Following that match, Jannik Sinner will face off against Novak Djokovic, two legends in the sport. Sinner is chasing his second consecutive Wimbledon title, while Djokovic is after his historic 25th Grand Slam title.
This upcoming clash will mark their 12th encounter; their first was back in 2021. Sinner currently leads their overall matchups, winning six times compared to Djokovic’s five. However, it’s worth noting that Djokovic won their latest meeting during the semi-finals of the 2026 Australian Open.
Both semi-final matches will unfold on Center Court at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.
The winners of these matches will meet in the men’s final scheduled for Sunday, July 12th.

How to watch the Wimbledon semi-finals for free
If you don’t have cable or a TV antenna, you might consider using a Live TV streaming service to live stream the Wimbledon matches for free.
Personally, I recommend DIRECTV for watching live sports without cost. They currently offer a 5-day free trial and you can save $30 on your first month if you opt for the Choice plan which includes ESPN among over 125 channels.
If a full subscription seems like too much for now, you might try Sling TV. They offer a one-day pass for the Orange plan at $4.99, giving you 24-hour access to everything Sling TV Orange offers, including ESPN. Additional weekend and weekly passes are also available, providing access for anywhere from 3 to 7 days.
