The Milwaukee Brewers are set to face off against the Tampa Bay Rays once again in St. Petersburg as the World Series progresses to Game 5 tonight.
The game was tied at 2-2 after nine innings, and then, just past midnight Eastern Time, the Brewers managed to score one run in the top of the 12th. However, the Rays responded, tying the game again.
Ultimately, it was Rays pinch-hitter Ben Williamson who made sure the game didn’t head into another round of extra innings. He batted in the walk-off run, allowing the Rays to overcome the Brewers.
