Broadcasting live from New York, Sabrina Carpenter will take on the roles of both host and musical guest on Saturday Night Live tonight!
This will be Carpenter’s debut as a host on the sketch series, although she’s familiar with the “SNL” stage. In May 2024, she performed “Espresso” and “Feather/Nansense,” and appeared in pre-recorded sketches of “Scooby-Doo” alongside episode host Jake Gyllenhaal.
The singer, known for “Manchild,” made another appearance at 30 Rock in February 2025 for the “SNL 50th Anniversary Special.” She began the show with a duet of “Homeward Bound” featuring Paul Simon, and later joined in on the “Domingo: Renewing Our Vows” sketch with Marcelo Hernández, Pedro Pascal, and Bad Bunny.
For tonight’s episode, “SNL” teased Carpenter’s appearance earlier this week with a promotional video inspired by “Sex and the City.” Carpenter narrates in the clip, “New York is the big apple, and I’m biting into ‘Saturday Night Live.’”
When does “Saturday Night Live” air?
