We Won’t Negotiate Plea Deals on Any Anti-Tesla Violence Case

On the Fox News Channel's “Ingraham Angle” broadcast on Thursday, Attorney General Pam Bondi said at her direction that the Justice Department will not engage in negotiations regarding a plea deal with those arrested and charged with anti-Tesla violence.

While discussing cases in Las Vegas, [relevant remarks begin around 5:40] “It's an incredible police job and in collaboration with the state police, our FBI, they're going non-stop about this case. This guy is in custody. Laura, he's facing. [a] A minimum of five years of duty, 20 years of prison. And this was a great police job. This guy thought he had run away from it. So, look closely for these people. They should cut it. Because we are coming after you. And in my direction there is no negotiation about these people. ”

She continued. “We're looking for 20 years in prison. They're stopping bombs. A huge fire. What you're looking at, a massive fire, in a residential area, in a charging station, someone will be killed.
