Welcome to Week 10 of the NFL season! Week 9 is here and we got to see Patrick Mahomes' first top-10 finish. That doesn't help those who draft him early, but it does help give them more fantasy options overall. Oh, and Daniel Jones finished as the QB5 for the week, but I want to remind you that it's impossible for your predictions to be 100% correct.
Lamar Jackson and Baker Mayfield are the only players to top 200 fantasy points this season, and Derrick Henry is the only player to top 200 fantasy points in a PPR league. The Ravens have two players with 200 fantasy points through nine games! Zai Flowers has also been strong, ranking as the No. 9 WR this season, and Mark Andrews has also broken into the top 12 among tight ends. And all those fantasy points are fueled by the variety of weapons Jackson brings to the table each week. He's my MVP by a wide margin at this point.
Week 10 Quarterback Bye
Jameis Winston, Jordan Love, Gardner Minshew/Desmond Ridder, Geno Smith
Week 10 Quarterback Injury
Dak Prescott, Cowboys
Prescott injured his hamstring in Week 9 and will be placed on IR, meaning he will be on the bench for at least four games while he heals. Cooper Rush is slated to replace him. The Rush has enough ability to keep CeeDee Lamb as a must-start starter, but after Lamb, we'll look at offensive players on a case-by-case basis.
Caleb Williams (Bears)
Williams injured his ankle in last week's blowout loss, but appears to be OK. There is a possibility that he will not play this week, but the current situation seems to indicate that he will be available.
Will Levis, Titans
Levi missed another game with a shoulder injury, but Mason Rudolph actually helped his team win last week. Maybe they're sticking with Rudolph, but at this point they probably want to see more of Levi before giving up on him completely.
Andy Dalton, Panthers
Dalton's hand seems fine, but Bryce Young was fresh off a win against the Saints and didn't seem overwhelmed. The team could return to Young in Week 10 against the Giants overseas.
Week 10 Quarterback Sleeper
Sam Darnold, Vikings vs. Jaguars
Playing quarterback against the Jaguars this season has been fruitful for Fancy. We've seen Jalen Hurts, Josh Allen, and Drake Maye finish second-highest while a number of signal-callers like Caleb Williams, CJ Stroud, and Joe Flacco have their best fantasy games. Ta.
Darnold has been inconsistent as of late, but we've seen him perform well this season, and a full set of pass catchers are healthy and ready to go at home.
Brock Purdy, 49ers vs. Buccaneers
of 49ers After winning by default buccaneers A team that just lost a tough game to the Chiefs on Monday night. Tampa Bay also just gave Patrick Mahomes his best fantasy game of the year and ranks last in fantasy points given to quarterbacks overall. The Bucs have allowed 17 passing touchdowns and two interceptions in their last five games. This should be an easy win for the 49ers, and Purdy should score a good portion of the fantasy points coming from this matchup.
