On the Fox News Channel's “Hannity” broadcast on Thursday, U.S. lawyers for the Alina Habba district of New Jersey announced that their offices are investigating how New Jersey Governor Philmurphy (D) and New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin have been instructing them not to cooperate with the ice with a guaranteed warrant.
Haba said, “[T]His governor now has his websites, DOS and DOT, for his local state law enforcement agencies. These DOs and DOS direct you not to cooperate with illegal immigrants who have administrative warrants issued by the court. They passed the court system. They should be deported. It directs it to violate the federal regulations of the executive order. ”
She continued, “I want it to be a warning for everyone, I directed my office to begin an investigation into Governor Murphy today, and instructed the state police not to support any of the federal government.
