Elon Musk hasn't given President Donald Trump any reason to believe he is not doing his job seriously eradicating government waste.
And when Trump recently posted a message to Mask about True Society, he heard him loudly and clearly.
“Elon does a great job, but I hope he becomes more aggressive. Remember, we have a country to save money, but ultimately we have a country to make it bigger than ever before. Maga!” Trump wrote in his true social post, of course, with all caps.
In response to the post, Musk emailed a large number of government officials and asked them to answer a simple question: “What did you do last week?”

“In line with @RealdonaldTrump's instructions, all federal employees will receive an email promptly asking for a request to understand what they did last week. Musk wrote in X's post.
“To be clear, the bar is very low here. Some bullet point emails that make sense are acceptable! He wrote in a follow-up post.
“The point of his is that there are a lot of people, federal workers, and they're not working so far, because they haven't checked their emails so far. So the point of the email is, if you get this, it really doesn't matter what you respond, what you respond to. We're trying to see you respond.” Sarah Gonzalez “Saragonzales is not filtered.”
“And that was Elon Musk's more positive attitude, and a more positive attitude to eradicate all this redundancy and waste in the federal government,” she continues. “I didn't dislike it.”
