White House Raises Domestic Abuse Allegations Against Deported Illegal Alien Defended by Democrats

The White House is amplifying domestic abuse allegations against 29-year-old Kilmer Abrego Garcia, an illegal alien deported to his hometown of El Salvador, in order to defend him unlimitedly from accusations that Democrats are a member of the MS-13 gang.

Democrats flew to El Salvador on Wednesday to vow to protect Abrego Garcia at any cost, but the White House is blowing up the trip while raising reports that illegal foreigners have a history of domestic violence.

“The Democrats are now flying to El Salvador and are demanding that members of this violent, illegal alien MS-13 gang return to the United States,” White House spokesman Caroline Leavitt wrote to X.

The post included a report from Fox News Bill Melgin showing the Maryland protection order filed by Abrego Garcia’s wife in 2021.

The allegations come as Abrego Garcia returns to the United States after Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) traveled to El Salvador on Wednesday and was deported last month.

“I landed in San Salvador a while ago and look forward to meeting with the US Embassy team to discuss Abrego Garcia’s release,” Van Hollen writes of X.

Meanwhile, Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) It is reportedly He plans a trip to El Salvador and, together with Maxwell Frost (D-FL) and Robert Garcia (D-CA), he is working to secure Abrego Garcia’s release from prison and return him to the United States.

The accusations that Abrego Garcia is a member of the MS-13 gang began when he was arrested in Prince George County in 2019, asking if he was a member of the gang. He was taken into custody by Immigration Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) after Abrego Garcia denied the charges.

ICE agents, working with confidential informants used by local police, accused Abrego Garcia of being a certified member of the MS-13 chapter in New York. That same year, a federal immigration judge determined that the confidential information was reliable and demanded that Abrego Garcia remain in ice detention while he continued his deportation proceedings.

In October 2019, Abrego Garcia demanded asylum in the United States, which was rejected by a federal immigration judge, but was granted protection from deportation to El Salvador based on allegations that he feared persecution from local gangs.

Abrego Garcia was later released from ice custody. In March of this year, he was handed over to an ice agent near Baltimore, Maryland, and was taken into custody. He was deported hundreds last month on two deportations to the Secott Prison in El Salvador.
