The White House shared a meme on Valentine's Day, warning that people in the US would be deported to illegally expel people.
President Trump's White House deceived the public Pink card posting Friday crosses social media accounts, including an official portrait of the commander and a headshot of his border emperor, strict Tom Homan.
The poem, written in white letters, reads, “The roses are red, the violets are blue, come here illegally, and we will expel you.”
The post came with the caption “Happy Valentine's Day” and a Red Heart emoji.
Since taking office on January 20th, Trump and his administration have worked to crack down on illegal immigration at the southern border, and have illegally deported people in the country on a massive basis.
As part of that push, they have appointed people within various institutions to support Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) in raids in many states across the country.
However, despite efforts to arrest illegal immigrants who have been found criminally guilty, Homan recently said in an interview that he is not satisfied with the numbers for ice arrests.
“If you look at the rest of the internal enforcement, it's three times higher than today's year ago. It's good to be three times higher, but I'm not satisfied. I need to arrest hundreds of thousands. There are more criminal aliens,” Homan said in an interview. Published Tuesday.
“The sanctuary cities are raising obstacles,” he added. “There's a leak. So we need to increase the arrests of illegal aliens, especially those who have been criminally convicted. So we'll continue.”
