The White House will not release visitor logs during President Donald Trump's second term, Fox News confirmed.
The move reflects the policies of his first administration, White House officials said Washington Examiner.
Trump's first administration announced in April 2017 that it would keep White House visitors secret. According to the Washington Post.
“After four years of Biden's sky promises, lies and secrets, President Trump is giving people and the media a level of access and transparency they have never seen before,” said White House spokesman Taylor. -Rogers told the media outlet.

Releasing visitor logs is not a requirement as they are protected by the Presidential Records Act, which protects records from disclosure five years after the president has taken office.
President Joe Biden consistently released visitor records early every month throughout his term.
At the beginning of Biden's presidency, media outlets praised the Biden administration for resuming the release of visitor logs after the Trump administration halted practices during its term. The New York Times praised the practice as “part of an effort to restore transparency to the government.”

In November, the White House had not yet released its July visitor logs. This month gave up on a re-election bid and left questions about those who had seen and advised the president before making a historic decision.
