Charlie Kirk, a conservative figure closely associated with Trump, was tragically killed in Utah on Wednesday. He leaves behind his wife, Erica, a former beauty queen, and their two young children.
Kirk, who was 31, was the CEO of Turning Point USA and married Erica Franzbe, an accomplished model, ministry leader, and former NCAA basketball player who won the title of Miss Arizona in 2012.
Franzve, now 36, also hosts a podcast titled Midweek Rise Up, describing herself as a “multidimensional philanthropist and social entrepreneur.”
Her biography highlights her as a dedicated social entrepreneur and ministry leader whose global experiences have shaped her faith and purpose. She has worked in the entertainment industry as a model, actress, and casting director, grounded in her Christian values.
Franzve holds a PhD in Bible Studies from Liberty University and has launched a faith-based clothing line called the Declaration, which aims to encourage confidence through faith.

The couple, married in 2021, has two children: a three-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son. According to her website, Erica values her role as a wife and mother above all.
As she continues her work in ministry and entrepreneurial ventures, Erica is committed to motivating others through Christ’s love, emphasizing faith in all life aspects.
During a Q&A session at Utah Valley University on Wednesday, Kirk was fatally shot. Eyewitness accounts indicate he was answering questions about mass shootings when he was struck by a bullet from around 200 yards away.
Video footage from the scene shows him initially grabbing his neck, convulsing in pain as he fell to the ground.
Despite being rushed to a hospital for emergency surgery, Kirk sustained serious injuries. Authorities have stated that the shooter is still at large, although earlier reports suggested the suspect had been apprehended.
Trump expressed his condolences, stating, “The great and legendary Charlie Kirk is dead,” emphasizing Kirk’s unique role in connecting with the youth of America.
He continues, “He was with everyone, especially me, and now he’s not with us anymore. Melania and I send our sympathies to his family, especially his beautiful wife Erica. We love you, Charlie!”
