Jason Whitlock is an undeniable powerhouse when it comes to all things sports and politics, but the witty host of “Fearless” has never voted in an election.
That is, so far.
“I've never voted,” Whitlock told Liz Wheeler on “The Liz Wheeler Show.” “I've never really believed in politics. It's a spiritual solution.”
“But I registered to vote this weekend and I absolutely intend to vote. To me, the only way I can get out of jail on January 6th is if Trump is elected. And the only way we can avoid World War III is if Trump is elected,” Whitlock explained.
“These are very serious consequences and we cannot remain spectators,” he added.
Wheeler was shocked but pleased to have Whitlock on his side.
“It's just shocking to me that people don't want to do that. I'm so glad you all voted. You're welcome. It's an incredibly powerful thing to participate in self-governance. Your vote matters, even when the left is trying to dilute and steal our vote. And yet we don't want to let it go,” she told Whitlock.
And Wheeler suspects Whitlock won't be the only one registering to vote for the first time.
“I'm actually looking forward to seeing all the new voters I think will register, probably today or tomorrow, based on RFK,” he said. [Jr.] And Trump's new alliance,” Wheeler said.
