Americans are not stupid. Every day we see examples of the government using its power to ruin people for simply saying the “wrong” thing.

These are ridiculous legal actions that will cost taxpayers millions of dollars. Musk can afford the costs of being pursued by the world’s largest government over a political difference of opinion, but ordinary people cannot. This is likely Musk’s motivation for promising that X (formerly Twitter) will fund the legal defense of people facing lawsuits arising from statements made on his platform.
Smart people and businesses don’t have the millions of dollars to fight back against the wrath of crazy bureaucrats, or the desire to waste millions on such efforts. They keep their heads down and their mouths shut to avoid going bankrupt defending their constitutional guarantees of freedom of speech, freedom of association, and freedom of religion. This means that Americans today have effectively no constitutional rights unless they can afford a lawyer, which the vast majority of Americans don’t.

This morass allows a single bureaucratic dictator to convict Americans until he can prove his innocence, at great expense. We are, in effect, criminals waiting to be found guilty by a willing government official. In other words, government officials have the power to enforce something by simply “demanding” it. Ruin your life The same bureaucrat thinks he may be violating Title VII by asking you to “do him a favor” just because you said something politically incorrect. All crimes Do you feel absolutely guilty? What if he sends you to the US Department of Justice to prosecute you for speech crimes?
These mafia regimes are the result of progressives replacing tyranny with constitutional government over the past century in the U.S. The “diversity, equity, and inclusion” regime is tantamount to a civil war against the U.S. Constitution and the way of life it reflects and protects.
The ideology that Americans variously call wokeism, intersectionality, identity politics, critical theory, cultural Marxism, etc. is anti-authoritarian and therefore supports anarchy. The size of government deceives people about its lawlessness. Cultural Marxism creates a kind of citizen “rights” that replace the Constitution, rather than complement it. Marxist identity rights are truly regime change in the United States.
