This Wisconsin Kid is ice-cold.
An adorable 4-year-old boy called authorities by his mother – his crime of eating ice cream led to a freeze-up surprise from a local police officer last week.
TOT, who lives in the village of Mount Pleasant, dials 911 on Tuesday and is about to tick a mother sweeping dessert.
“My mother is bad,” he told a temporary worker in Racine County. Obtained by WCAX. “Come, get my mom, get my mom.”
As the dispatcher tried to figure out what the problem was, the boy's mother grabbed the phone and explained why she was in trouble.
“I ate his ice cream so maybe he's calling 911,” she said as the boy complained in the background.
Following the call, Mount Pleasant police officers stopped by a home where the young man changed his mind.
He didn't have any ice cream yet, but told them he didn't want to see his mother go to jail for it.
The next day, the officers visited the house again. This time with some of the ice-like treats.
