A Wisconsin man, Diesnut Lee Kroll, was arrested this week and charged with assault.
WFRV On Friday, we reported that 42-year-old Dee’s Nut Kroll was arrested after an incident involving a gun, according to a criminal complaint obtained by Local 5.
On March 5, around 10 p.m., police reportedly responded to a disturbance on the east side of Green Bay, Wisconsin.
When officers arrived at the residence, the two were taken into custody and taken to a police car. Police also allegedly took Mr. Kroll into custody. The criminal complaint reportedly states that Kroll was shirtless and appeared to be highly intoxicated. Law enforcement said Kroll complied with the officers’ commands.
He gave police his Wisconsin ID and was told his name was “Deesnut Lee Kroll.”
One person at the scene claimed that Kroll opened the door to the residence and punched both men in the shoulder with a clenched fist. A scuffle broke out, according to a police report.
During the melee, Kroll reportedly brandished a gun.
Authorities said they received the gun as evidence. Police say the gun was a CO2 BB gun loaded with eight silver 4.5mm BB bullets.
Police said Kroll was “circling around” when they investigated the violent situation.

Deeznut also goes by the name Derrick L. Kroll, according to court records.
Kroll could face up to nine months in prison on the criminal charges.
Kroll appeared in court on March 6, according to reports.
Mr. Diesnutt is scheduled to appear in Brown County Court on April 24, 2024 at 8:30 a.m.
