Woke epidemic: How far-left ideology became a cancer that poisoned America

Over the past few years, many of us have been completely mysterious by the rising positions that were not considered just a few years ago.

The list is long, but includes three simple examples. It is the same claim that giving children a child, returning the police, and not exposing an agreement with a specific brand new ideology is the same as committing physical violence. I don't want to talk about these positions, as many of these conversations help hide the real roots of the problem.

“We form a building, then they form us.”

And the route is really easy to understand.

First of all, it is important to note that the route in question is not individual radicals. At all ages, there are a small number of minorities with fundamental opinions, and it will never change. That's why these ideology is greater and more popular in society. There are many small causes that contribute to this change, but I would like to present a single cause that I think is most responsible for the reasons for these movements. 。

This is my view in my three words: premature institutional success.

Early institutional success is when the movement provides funds and is gaining momentum with the group of institutions, but is quickly achieved. What do the leaders of these institutions do? They have two options.

  1. They can declare success and encourage donors and supporters to proceed to other valuable causes.
  2. They can find the causes of smaller agents and lead them to continue to increase in order to continue moving.

Which one do you think?

Which would you choose if you dedicated your life to exercise?

This perfect example occurred during the legalization of same -sex marriage. The problem deeply resonated with not only those who were influenced by personally, but also a group of wider supporters. As a result, a huge and funded organization with talented activists emerged, preparing for the legal and legislative battle for multiple years of pitching. And it happened almost overnight. When the movement has reached the peak financial and popular support, the state is a nation after legalizing the same -sex marriage. The Supreme Court issued a ruling, and the Republican Party removed the opposition from the platform, achieving victory.

So what do these institutions and activists do at the peak of their power? To survive, they had to find new problems to concentrate on finances and energy, and they found the problem in this unknown area called “transformer rights.”

This pattern is being developed over and over again. For social media, the activists and individuals to send messages and shake public opinion is much cheaper, and it is becoming much easier, so they continue to achieve premature problems at this time. It will focus on the problem.

The need for LGBT+institutions to find a systematic example of homosexual and transfervic incident is far exceeding the supply. The need for anti -racial organizations to find an example of systematic racism is higher than the supply. These organizations need to find more casualties, and most importantly, they need to identify more larger oppressors.

If they can't find them, they must make them.

Activists are activated. They do not disable them. And inactivity is often necessary in the face of too early success.

I remember for the first time that this happened was when a Starbucks manager who wanted a frank left -wing scenery decides to call two black male police officers who do not buy drinks to stay at the table. It was. The image of the police handcuffing two black men and escorting them from Starbucks was all necessary for all anti -racial organizations to declare this manager as racist. 。

It is common sense to investigate whether this woman had a history of racism, whether these men were black, and if she was white. It seemed like that, so I was very confused.

However, the supply of racism was the lowest in history at the time, and powerful organizations were strongly alert to find an example of racism. They were overwhelmingly successful, and their survival depended on the increase in supply.

Since then, I can list hundreds of recent examples of this. So I believe this is the reason for the route, probably the most important factor.

This same pattern is developed in all institutions.

The government cannot turn back on educational efforts to reduce the importance of the department. As a result, effective distributed educational strategies are ignored and sometimes opposed. That is how the Ministry of Education actually opposes education. Institutional survival comes before the mission.

This is easily related because I have seen this play in a Christian institution that I know well. One founder of these organizations once told me that the organization had achieved the original mission, but it has crossed the finish line, so the organization has more than ever to support it. Because he had a donor, the leader had to find another mission to continue. 。

This is a completely understandable pattern, but there are millions of dollars, and meaningful is the impact on the culture when there is nothing.

Let me finish with one of my hope.

There is a Christian organization called Wiklyph Bible translator that began in the 1940s. I once heard that the Bible was translated into every language in the world and then the leader would close the organization. I love this idea. I couldn't find any evidence of the online clause in this self -destruction clause, but since I heard that, I thought that there was a way to have an organization instead of other methods.

Churchill once said, “We are forming a building, and then they are forming us.”
