Shocking video shows a Chipotle customer getting behind the counter to make his own burrito bowl in a fit of rage after apparently not adding enough meat, and violently attacking one of the employees who tried to stop him. It shows how it attacks.

“Thank you…we all got screwed,” the woman said as she poured sour cream on top of the food as shocked employees appeared to back away to avoid further confrontation.
Things got worse, and when a fed up male employee tried to snatch the bowl from her hands, she allegedly shook the bowl so hard that she hit him in the face with it.
“Bitch, watch out!” she yelled before the 24-second video ended.

The employee who reportedly had the bowl thrown at him was identified by news outlets as Roberto Hernandez.
“I was angry and upset. But you know, I'm a man. I can't hit a woman,” Hernandez said. “So I left.”
According to the employee, the customer in question came into the store upset that the amount of meat he had ordered on Uber Eats apparently wasn't “twice” what he had ordered.
Hernandez said the woman escalated the situation after she asked for a refund and was told she needed to contact Uber Eats.
The woman, whose identity has not been disclosed, also spoke to WUSA9 and claimed that she was beaten by the employees.
“They all put their hands on me first before I bowled him or anything,” she told the outlet. “…I wasn't aggressive towards them until they assaulted me. The video was cut short.”
Hernandez claimed that the woman in the video has continued to harass him online since the altercation.
“Yesterday, she said, 'I'm going to come back and stab them and take their lives,'” the concerned employee said. “It was scary. She was scaring my colleagues too.”
He also said the viral video was a “trigger” for him to watch it and complained that Chipotle had not contacted him despite being employed by the company for two years.
In a statement to WUSA9, a Chipotle spokesperson said, “We hope that justice will be served.”
At Chipotle, the health and safety of our employees is our top priority. We appreciate their daily hard work and do not tolerate guests who mistreat our team members. We are working with local law enforcement and hope that justice is served for the individuals who failed to treat our employees with the respect they deserve.
Local police told the outlet they had not received a report on the incident, but a Chipotle spokesperson said they planned to file one.
