Pro Wrestler Shotzi Blackheart’s Brother Found After Being Missing
On Wednesday, Shotzi Blackheart, the pro wrestling star whose real name is Ashley Alfaro, shared that her brother Dean had been located in California. This brought relief to her family, who had been concerned for his well-being.
According to her social media updates, Dean went missing following a car accident in the San Francisco area. At the time of the incident, he was receiving dialysis treatment, which may have caused him to be “confused or disoriented.”
In a post on X, Shotzi expressed gratitude when she announced that her brother had been found and was on his way to the hospital. “We are so grateful to everyone who shared this post, reached out to us, and helped spread the word,” she wrote. The support from the community was incredibly meaningful to her family.
Shotzi, originally from Santa Clara County, California, has made a name for herself in the wrestling world. She began her professional journey in Oakland and later joined WWE, where she gained significant popularity. After leaving WWE last year, she ventured into the indie wrestling circuit and has seen a resurgence in her career, most recently becoming the Women’s World Featherweight Champion in Major League Wrestling (MLW).
Recently, it was reported that Shotzi has renewed her contract with MLW, emphasizing her commitment to the organization that had reached out to her soon after her WWE departure. She enjoys the creative freedom MLW offers, stating, “They were one of the first companies to contact me when my WWE contract ended, and they have become my favorite creative playground. They are a company that truly believes in me.”
