WWE wrestler Kiana James experienced a notable nip slip during a live elimination match, prompting backlash from fans over the network’s failure to censor the incident.
During a women’s Elimination Chamber match in Chicago, James, dressed in a revealing crop top and matching briefs, was competing against Tiffany Stratton.
A clip showed James falling to the mat as Stratton’s foot landed on her, leading to the unintended exposure.
James, who is 28, remained on the ground for a few moments, but the camera continued to focus on her. Fans criticized WWE, with one commenter expressing anger on social media, stating, “If I were Kiana James, I would be very upset with WWE.”
Another noted that WWE didn’t provide a black curtain after her wardrobe malfunction, and further commented on how the cameraman didn’t avert his focus at a sensitive moment.
WWE has yet to issue a statement regarding this situation.
In a separate discussion, James opened up about her decision to leave a corporate job to pursue wrestling full-time.
She expressed her passion for wrestling and mentioned how she attended Flatbacks Wrestling School in Florida, feeling destined to become a WWE Superstar.
Reflecting on her experiences, James shared how she had a background in competitive gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading, which contributed to her journey in wrestling. She expressed enthusiasm for performing before audiences, noting the thrill of competition and athleticism.
Married to Zach Klingensmith since January 2022, she has fully embraced her career in wrestling and made her debut on WWE’s NXT brand in February 2022.
