Tributes to Pac Following His Passing

During “Monday Night Raw,” Penta, another wrestling star, paid homage to Benjamin Satterley, also known as Pac, who had a notable career in both All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and WWE. Satterley’s influence lingered in the minds of fans and colleagues alike after AEW shared the news of his death over the weekend, at the age of 40.

Penta participated in a tag team match alongside Je’Von Evans, facing off against Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh. Notably, as he entered the ring, Penta sported a boot marked with the name “Pac,” a subtle yet poignant tribute to Satterley.

To begin the evening, WWE aired a tribute graphic in honor of Pac, acknowledging the impact he had on the wrestling community. Satterley had competed against Penta in AEW and had bouts in the Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) as well.

Tragically, Satterley was found unresponsive outside of a restaurant shortly after wrestling against Andrade El Idolo for the AEW National Championship at All Out. According to reports, he was discovered at around 4 p.m. local time, and authorities indicated that there were no signs of foul play. The circumstances surrounding his death remain under investigation, with the final determination to be made by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Throughout his illustrious career, which began in 2004, Satterley captivated audiences with his incredible in-ring skills and high-flying maneuvers. He signed with AEW in 2019, where he held multiple championships and became known for some unforgettable matches.
