WWE star's speech elicits response from Kelly Osbourne

Kelly Osbourne Criticizes Becky Lynch’s Remarks About Birmingham

Kelly Osbourne, daughter of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, expressed her discontent with WWE star Becky Lynch on Tuesday. This followed Lynch’s comments made during “Monday Night Raw,” which was aired from England. In her promo, Lynch, who holds the title of women’s Intercontinental champion, took on her villain persona, recalling that she had tried WWE in Birmingham 13 years ago. She added that the city, as she described, was “a dump at the time and is now abandoned.”

Subsequently, Nikki Bella made an appearance to challenge Lynch for her title.

Lynch remarked, “I’m not wrestling in Birmingham. The only good thing that came from there passed away a month ago. But to be fair to Ozzy Osbourne, he had the sense to move to LA. It’s the right city.” These comments didn’t sit well with Kelly Osbourne, who stated, “(Becky Lynch) You’re a rude dirt bag! Birmingham won’t pity you if you’re on fire. #birminghamforever.”

In a moment of reflection, Kelly shared her embarrassment about the disrespect shown towards her father and his hometown. Feeling the tension, Lynch and Bella soon found themselves in a brief confrontation, which resulted in setting up a match for the upcoming Clash in Paris.

In a somber note, Kelly acknowledged the passing of Ozzy Osbourne in July. Ozzy had significant ties to WWE, having appeared in WrestleMania 2 and served as a guest host on “Monday Night Raw” at the height of his reality TV fame.

Lynch is set to defend her Women’s Intercontinental Championship during the Summer Slam event at MetLife Stadium in early August.
