In Albemarle County, Virginia, Wynonna Judd's daughter Grace Kelly was arrested in October and is facing seven charges, authorities confirmed to Fox News Digital.
Kelly, 28, was charged with three felonies for allegedly stealing a church van and trailer. She also faces four additional charges of driving without a license, willful damage to property, failure to use headlights and operating a vehicle with intent to commit a crime.
This is the third time in recent months that Kelly, 28, has been arrested on this charge.
“On Sunday, October 27, 2024, at approximately 6:34 p.m., Albemarle County Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 3700 block of Loring Road in Scottsville,” Albemarle County Police officials told FOX News Digital. .

“Responding officers located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop in the area of Massey Branch Lane, where the vehicle came to a stop at approximately 6:43 p.m. Officers arrested 28-year-old Grace Pauline Kelly on three Arrested and charged with Felony Theft (§18.2-95), Unlicensed Driving (§46.2-300), Intentional Damage to Property (§18.2-137), Negligent Use of Headlights (§46.2-1030), and starting a vehicle with intent to commit a crime (§18.2-147).

On a crowdfunding site aimed at raising money to secure new transportation for the congregation, Pastor Kent Hart wrote that the church had forgiven Kelly “on a personal level.”

“We have suffered that loss, but we really hope the community will help us,” he said.
“We don't know what we're going to get out of Grace. You know, as far as replacing her, we don't really even have that in mind. We just forgive her. I believe that the Lord will provide for our needs.”

Fox News Digital reports that Kelly was arrested in August on three misdemeanor charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving on a suspended/revoked license, and improper use of motorcycle equipment in Carroll, Georgia. He was admitted to the county jail.
Mr. Kelly was released on $2,750 bail. It is unclear if or when she is scheduled to appear in court.
