Wynonna Judd’s daughter Grace Kelley says she thinks her mom blocked her number in jailhouse interview

Wynonna Judd’s daughter says her famous mother isn’t answering her calls.

“I think she blocked my number,” Grace Kelly told the Post in an exclusive phone interview from prison.

“Mom, you think I’m doing drugs, right? She wants me to go to rehab. But I came to prison and took a drug test and passed with flying colors. I’m not drinking. My mom doesn’t listen to me, she doesn’t believe me. She thinks I’m doing something crazy here.”

Kelly, who said he lives “here, there, everywhere,” is being held on $2,000 cash bail.

“I don’t know if my grandmother cursed me when she shot herself,” she said.

Police said they found Kelly on the side of the road in the Montgomery suburb of Millbrook, holding a sign that read “Ride for a Ride.”

“I was serious about it. I literally had a sign that said, ‘Help me ride,'” Kelly claimed.

When a Millbrook Police Department officer first approached her, she said, I thought, “I haven’t done anything wrong.” I don’t have drugs. ”

As she walked away from the police and tried to cross the street, she heard sirens.

“The police officer who pulled me over literally asked me to stand on his knees… So I got on my knees and stuck out my wrist and said, ‘I have a right to travel, so just keep walking. ‘I’m going to do it,'” she recalled.

“He was like, ‘If you’re going to go down that road, I’m going to take you to jail.'”

She said she was initially charged with identity theft.

“I said, ‘I hope your body camera is working because I gave you all the right information and I’m going to take you to court. ”

After his identity was confirmed, the charges were changed to disorderly conduct and obstructing government operations.

She said it was just the beginning of the nightmare.

“They did horrible things to me, made me sit in a chair, and tied me up to the point where my skin literally split. They put me in a padded room with holes in the floor, turned off the lights, and tied me to a chair. I was there for three days. There was no water, no toilet, nothing,” she claimed.

“My wrists literally developed scabs in the restraint chair because I was restrained so tightly in the restraint chair. I basically cursed them all and told them to go to hell because they had no reason to arrest me. I said, “If I go to court, all this stuff will be dropped.”

On her third day in prison, Kelly was charged with solicitation of prostitution. According to prison records.

She insisted she never wore indecent clothing.

“I was wearing a bra, is that okay? I was wearing a sports bra over my bra. And I was wearing a T-shirt on top of that,” she said. “Some women go for a jog every morning wearing just a sports bra.

“She had a skirt on her butt, and she was wearing panties, which were actual underwear, not a thong. No nipples were shown. No vagina was shown. Nothing was exposed. .”

She believes authorities are giving her special treatment because of her ancestry.

“Because what kind of people is my family? Is it a blessing or a curse? It’s like they’re trying to throw a book at me. It’s like, ‘Let me do everything I can to make your life hell.’ That’s what it feels like. ”

The Millbrook Police Department did not respond to a request for comment.

Kelly, Judd’s daughter with her first husband, businessman Arch Kelly III, has a history of trouble with the law.

“And I’m trying to do it the right way. I’m trying not to sell drugs. I’m trying not to sell myself. But what do you do when no one is around?”

When asked what she would say to Wynonna if she could, she replied, “I’m innocent.”
