Ripple’s XRP has made quite a statement this weekend, jumping significantly to over $1.65.

In contrast to the first weekend of the month, when the cryptocurrency market faced considerable turmoil and various assets plummeted, the last 24 hours have been quite favorable for nearly all digital currencies.

As one of the standout performers, Ripple’s cross-border token has soared 16% in just one day, marking its highest price since February 1st.

CryptoWZRD commented on XRP’s weekend performance, noting that both USD and BTC charts indicate a bullish trend. The analyst added, “It is very likely that there will be further upside from XRPBTC.”

Cobb, a strong supporter of XRP, made a daring price prediction yesterday, aiming for a double-digit target. He also mentioned that cross-border assets might be starting to separate from larger cryptocurrencies.

This assertion seems justified, especially over the last day. Aside from DOGE, which has surged over 20% since Saturday, XRP is among the few top 20 alternative currencies with double-digit increases.

Indeed, XRP has seen a downward trend for the past six weeks, peaking at $2.40 on January 6th before quickly dropping to just above $1.10 by February 6th. However, it has responded well to the recent market shifts and is now trading at $1.65, reflecting an increase of nearly 50% from its recent lows.
