Yes, democracy was on the ballot — and it won!

Democrats are beside themselves with anger, not sadness. They are angry that the American people chose to displease them by voting in a way that the Democratic Party decided was not in their best interest.

When given the opportunity to choose light over darkness, voters chose darkness. When given the chance to protect democracy by choosing a Democrat, voters chose a Republican – not just any Republican, but the modern-day reincarnation of Adolf Hitler.

Voters could have saved democracy. Instead, they voted to end it.

Or was it?

The new conventional wisdom on cable TV was that Donald Trump was a threat who “wanted to be a dictator from day one.” This line was repeated so often that it became an anthem for the left. Unfortunately for them, like so much else Democrats accepted as gospel this election, it was a lie.

Democratic media has always taken Trump literally. In fact, that's not true. They have always pretended to take Trump's words literally, even though it's clear when he's joking and when he's not. And the “day-one dictator” line was an obvious joke about how every president signs a mountain of executive orders immediately after taking office. “Then,” Trump continued.i am not a dictator

There's not much political benefit to be gained from the truth, so Democrats set it aside and the lie was born. For the former Joe Biden press secretary and current MSBNC personality, that's a lie that continues to this day. Jen Psaki repeated the same thing as recently as Sunday.adding, “Look, I happen to think that Donald Trump is a great threat to our democracy. I believe today as much as I did last week, fascism is a threat and it's scary.'' So is authoritarian leadership.”

Does anyone really think this woman I call “Ginger Goebbels” believes that? “Trump is Hitler”, “Trump is the end of democracy”, “President Trump praises white supremacists“Do they actually believe their on-air mantra when the cameras are off?

Of course not.

Most voters have learned from experience that when they hear the media or Democrats say something about Trump, they assume what they are hearing is a lie or a distortion. how else to explain it Joe Scarborough was a longtime friend of President Trump.and now suddenly claim to be the greatest monster of all time?

How could any honest person have overlooked Trump's fascistic nature for so long? The answer is that Mr. Scarborough doesn't believe it, and neither does anyone else.

Voters listened to all the lies, but the election results show they weren't fooled by them. Here's the evidence: NBC News exit polls found that people who believed democracy was “threatened” were slightly more likely to support Trump.

Trump won among the 25% of voters who said “American democracy is safe.'' 50% to 48%. And among the 73% who said democracy was “threatened,” he won 51% to 48%.

That is, democracy had no effect on how people voted because they were just as likely (or only slightly more likely) to see Democrats as a greater threat.

Voters knew that the Democratic Party, the owners of the media, were power-hungry liars, and they decided not to trust the power of the Democratic Party. And if these spokespeople can be deceived enough to believe their propaganda, even if they are charitable, it means they are too unstable to trust in power. Probably only.

But since they haven't left the country, we know they were lying the whole time. They didn't warn people to save themselves and get out. They have now adopted a “next time we'll get it” attitude. This is not what you should do if America just had its last election and you believe Trump is going after the military.

In fact, instead of running for their lives, they are still calling Trump a tyrant. Tyrants don't like being called tyrants. Are they trying to get them prosecuted or shot? Or did they realize all along that Trump wasn't going to do that?

On the other hand, would-be tyrants lose their minds when they fear losing their power. That's what voters have been watching many Democrats do over the past four years.

They have been pushing to eliminate the filibuster in order to force legislation through Congress. They are calling for the Supreme Court to be packed to ensure that their actions are declared constitutional.

They are using the civil and criminal justice systems to persecute their opponents and specifically try to destroy President Trump, all in an effort to circumvent the results of last week's election. That backfired.

Last week's vote posed a real threat to democracy, and the American people categorically rejected it.
