According to an executive order released on Saturday, Ukrainian President Voldimia Zelensky has appointed an official delegation to represent Kiev in possible peace negotiations to end a three-year war with Russia.
Zelensky appointed Andri Yamak's presidential chief to the delegation, with Foreign Minister Andri Sibiga, Defense Minister Rastem Umerov and Deputy Director-General Pablo Palisa as members of the delegation.
