Zelensky posts slew of thanks after Vance accuses him of being ungrateful for support

Ukrainian President Voldimia Zelensky has spent the past 24 hours thanking leaders around the world for pouring support into leaders around the world after accusing them of not benefiting from US support during the war with Russia.

Zelensky shared his gratitude with Prime Ministers of Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Finland, as well as presidents of Switzerland, Finland, Estonia, Estonia, Latvia and the Netherlands.

“Thank you for your support,” he wrote in response to several world leaders.

Zelensky also insisted on thanking the United States.

“We are very grateful to the United States for all our support. We are grateful to President Trump, the bipartisan support of Congress, and the Americans. Ukrainians have always appreciated this support, especially during the last three years of full-scale invasion,” writes Zelensky. “My relationship with the US president is just two or more leaders. It's a historic and solid bond between our people. That's why I always start with a thank you from our country to the American nation,” he added in another post.

The leader also posted a video highlighting the positivity of the controversial oval office meeting. Before he met with President Trump, Zelensky shared the February 12 post and acknowledged that he was grateful for his strategic partnership with Republican leaders.

His efforts have been praised by leaders around the world who support Ukraine's refusal to succumb to Moscow's attacks after years of repeated invasions. British Prime Minister Kiel Starmer signed a loan of around $3 billion on Saturday to support Ukraine's efforts on the frontline.

It remains to be seen whether Trump is open for further negotiations, including Zelensky, or whether he will approve additional funds for security assistance.
