According to British police, two children killed More than 20 people were injured in a mass stabbing at a Taylor Swift-themed children’s dance class on Monday.
Merseyside Police Chief Superintendent Serena Kennedy said they were called to reports of “multiple stabbings” at Heart Space Studios in Southport at around 11.50am local time.

Kennedy said children were attending a Swift-themed dance event when a 17-year-old boy walked into the studio and started stabbing people. Reportedly He was wearing a hoodie at the time of the incident.
Witnesses said they saw children covered in blood running into the street, with others describing the scene as like something out of a horror movie.
Police arrested a suspect, believed to be from Cardiff, and charged him with murder and attempted murder.
Speaking at a news conference, Kennedy called the attack “horrific and vicious.”
Local resident Ryan Carney Explained He told The Telegraph what his mother saw.
“She heard screaming and crying so she went outside to see what was going on. All she said was she saw police or ambulance members removing the bodies of several young girls,” Carney told the outlet.
“They were wearing white clothing but were bright red and covered in blood. She said she saw puncture wounds on the children’s backs. That’s what she saw,” he added.
Another witness told The Telegraph that a mother at the scene said her 10-year-old daughter had been stabbed.
A local business owner said it was like something out of a horror movie.
“It’s not like sunny Southport, it’s got a very American feel to it,” he added.
“We have received horrific and extremely shocking news from Southport and our hearts go out to those affected,” Prime Minister Keir Starmer said in a statement. “I would like to thank the police and emergency services for their swift response and we will provide updates as the situation develops.”
Southport is a seaside town in Merseyside, northwest England, with a population of approximately 94,000.
