2026 College World Series: Ways to watch Oklahoma vs. UNC at no cost

The College Baseball World Series kicks off tonight, having narrowed the competition from eight teams down to just two.

Interestingly, the top seeds stumbled along the way, while the unseeded teams faced significant losses. This has left us with the fifth-seeded North Carolina Tar Heels and the unseeded Oklahoma Sooners as the finalists.

In their opening game, the Tar Heels showcased their skills, defeating West Virginia decisively with a score of 12-7. This victory means they are heading to the finals for the first time since 2007, which is quite an achievement.

Meanwhile, the Sooners also made a strong impression, first overpowering Alabama with a 9-0 win, then following it up with an 11-4 victory against No. 3 Georgia. Oklahoma hasn’t been in the finals since they were runners-up to Ole Miss in 2022.

  • What: Oklahoma Sooners vs. North Carolina Tar Heels, Game 1
  • When: June 20th, 8pm ET
  • Where: Charles Schwab Field (Omaha, Nebraska)
  • Channel: ESPN
  • Streaming: DIRECTV (with a trial option)

This series is best-of-three, so if tonight’s game ends in a loss for either team, there’s another chance tomorrow night.
