Liberty County, Texas – Special agents in immigration and customs enforcement and the Texas Department of Public Safety have arrested an illegal Salvador alien who has been deported three times on charges of repeated child sexual abuse. The arrest occurred during target enforcement work at Colony Ridge, Texas' largest immigrant colony.
“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency implements daily routine enforcement with federal, state and local law enforcement partners across the Houston community to enhance public safety, national security and border security. “We're doing that,” an ICE official told Breitbart Texas. “As a direct result of these efforts, ICE and the Texas Department of Public Safety announced on February 24th that Florentinchebez, a three-time criminal foreigner, 39, from El Salvador, was announced in Plum Grove, Texas. Luna has been arrested.”
An ICE official said he arrested Chebez Luna on a warrant for repeated sexual abuse of a minor over eight years. The aggravated sexual abuse allegations took place between November 2008 and November 2016.
According to the Houston Crime Stopper, the victim issued a statement of protest to police in southwest Houston on March 1, 2023.
Court records obtained by Breitbart, Texas, show that an illegal Salvador alien was convicted in July 2012 on misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest. The Harris County Court, a court judge, sentenced him to 30 days in the county jail. The immigration officer submitted detention officers and he was taken from the country in September.
ICE officials told Breitbart that Chevez-Luna was also removed in March 2011 and September 2010. The immigration judge issued a final removal order in August 2010.
According to Breitbart Texas, ICE and DPS officials arrested another previously deported Salvador migrant on February 24 on murder charges.
Earlier on Monday, a Salvador immigrant suspected of ties with the hyper-violent MS-13 gang reportedly got involved in an argument in Colony Ridge County Road 5740 County. Montgomery County Police ReporterPublisher Scott Engle told Breitbart Texas that the argument ended when the victim was stabbed and killed in his truck parked at his home.
