50 Cent mocks Diddy following 50-month prison term: 'I'll take over his speaking engagements'

50 Cent Reacts to Diddy’s Sentencing

50 Cent didn’t hold back in reacting to Sean “Diddy” Combs’ recent sentencing to 50 months in prison over federal prostitution charges. Shortly after the news broke, the rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, took to social media to offer himself as a substitute for Diddy in any upcoming engagements.

He humorously directed his remarks to anyone who had booked Diddy for a speaking engagement, suggesting that it seemed he would be unavailable. Perhaps he was hinting that Diddy might claim he had prior commitments in Miami next week.

These two have a long-standing rivalry, which has spanned decades, particularly because of past conflicts related to the late rapper Notorious B.I.G. and various diss tracks.

Ironically, on the eve of Diddy’s sentencing, 50 Cent shared a “letter” addressed to Judge Arun Subramanian. It contained some strong statements, including claims that he had been in a tense feud with Diddy, whom he referred to as “Puffy.” He shared feelings of fear for his life, suggesting the rivalry’s intensity.

In his letter, 50 Cent even touched on the peculiar details surrounding the investigation at Diddy’s property, referencing the substantial amounts of baby oil found during the raid last year.

Ultimately, the judge ruled that while Diddy was guilty of engaging in prostitution-related activities, he had not been involved in conspiracy or sex trafficking. In addition to the prison time, Diddy will also face five years of supervised release and pay a $500,000 fine.
