The famous artist went to war with the mother of his child as soon as she publicly accused him of rape, which he said was a false allegation.
The fate of their 12-year-old son hangs in the balance of their feud.
Joy’s rumored sex work was described in court documents filed as part of Rodney Jones’ $30 million lawsuit against Diddy.

50 Cent has addressed the rape allegations against him with a statement. TMZ.
“Due to the disturbing allegations in a recently filed sworn argument in a lawsuit involving Daphne Joy, the mother of my 12-year-old child, I am required to take all necessary legal steps to protect my son, Sire. There was,” he said. “Daphne Joy’s recent false and unfounded accusations are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son.”

“My son Sire is my top priority and my only focus at this time is keeping him in a safe environment,” he told TMZ.
50 Cent has been trolling Diddy on social media ever since allegations of sexual assault, rape, gang rape and sex trafficking were made against him. He raised the bar for trolling when it was revealed that Joy and Diddy were in a romantic relationship, but given his disdain for Diddy, it seems like 50 Cent won’t take it well. According to TMZ, Joy has vehemently denied being one of Diddy’s sex workers, vowing to have her lawyer prosecute Jones’ allegations against her.
