Hunter Biden on Democratic Loyalty and Election Loss

According to Hunter Biden, the Democrats’ disloyalty to their leaders contributed to the party’s defeat in the last election against Donald Trump. This assertion came during a recent interview on the podcast “Our Table,” hosted by former DNC chair Jaime Harrison. Hunter expressed his frustration, stating:

We’re going to be in conflict amongst ourselves for the next three years until we have candidates. Once we have a candidate, we should rally behind them, no matter what.

I believe we lost because we didn’t remain loyal to our party leaders. We had strengths; we had a successful administration, but the Democrats practically fell apart.

This statement formed part of a larger discussion shared after Harrison launched his podcast. The dialogue highlights tensions within the Democratic Party amid growing concerns from figures like former President Barack Obama. He recently criticized the party for being ineffective and disorganized in response to Trump’s victory.

Obama urged Democrats to stop complaining and to start fighting back. At a private fundraiser in New Jersey, he shared his thoughts, emphasizing the importance of taking action. He remarked:

I think we need to reflect a bit, yes, but we can’t afford to stay in a fetal position. We really need to demand that Democrats stand firm.

Obama continued, encouraging activists to rise to the occasion: Don’t just say you’re disappointed; do something about it. When it comes to protecting free speech, don’t remain silent. Instead, stand up for it, even if you disagree with someone. What’s vital now is having courage.
