Chelsea Freeman forms a close friendship with Livvy Dunne at the All-Star Game

The 2025 MLB All-Star Game served as a backdrop for a fun moment between Livvy Dunne and Chelsea Freeman, reminiscent of “Step Brothers.”

Both shared cheerful photos on their Instagram stories leading up to Tuesday’s game. Dunne, 22, who is dating NL starter Paul Skens, gave fans a glimpse into the pre-game festivities in Atlanta.

The All-Star Game tradition permits players to bring family members and partners, and at one point, Dunne shared a moment with Freeman, wife of the Dodgers’ World Series MVP, Freddie Freeman.

And, of course, it’s worth noting this moment as Paul Skens approaches free agency, especially with the Dodgers recently making significant signings.

As Skens was the lone representative from the Pirates, there were plenty of opportunities for Dunne and him to mingle with stars from other teams.

Dunne also showcased various red carpet scenes and highlights from the game.

She shared a picture of her blue dress, showing both the front and back, along with a clip of her assisting Skens with his shoes.

Dunne also highlighted her field-level seat, where she witnessed Skens deliver an impressive first inning, including a strikeout by former Yankees second baseman Grey Bartores.

She captioned one post, “Welcome to the Pole Star Game.”

In another amusing post, she shared a video of Suken striking out Tigers outfielder Riley Greene, playfully captioning it, “Boom Shakalaka.”

In a bit of a twist, the NL team went all out, outpacing the rare run support Suken received before clinching a walk-off win.

Skenes has maintained a solid 2.01 ERA with a 4-8 record, despite giving up less than two runs in 17 out of 20 starts. He’s currently 0-3 with an ERA of 1.77 over his last eight starts, not having won since May 28th.

The Pirates will start the second half of their season at home against the White Sox on Friday.
