Dennis Richards has reportedly sought court protection after alleging that her estranged husband, Aaron Phipers, attacked her violently.
Richards filed documents in court on Wednesday, claiming multiple incidents of physical abuse, as noted by TMZ. The “Real Housewives” star and OnlyFans content creator stated that if she contacted the police, he threatened to kill her and himself. A judge has granted Richards a temporary domestic violence restraining order against Phipers, which will remain in place until the court hearing set for August 8th.
As per reports, the judge has mandated that Phipers maintain a distance of 100 yards from Richards, her home, workplace, and vehicle.
In her allegations, Richards mentioned that Phipers inflicted serious injuries to her eyes during an attack in 2022. She described his behavior at work as “delusional” and recounted an incident where he lashed out, calling her derogatory names while physically assaulting her.
As of 2023, she has provided photos from red carpet events that seemed to show bruising on her arms, claiming she forgot to cover them up at the time.
Richards described instances in which Phipers would suffocate her by gripping her head and slamming her body. She expressed feeling terrified for her safety during these encounters.
In one dramatic episode, she claimed he grabbed her by the hair and slammed her to the ground while yelling about a flight she hadn’t canceled.
Richards also recounted a confrontation in early July, where Phipers reportedly became enraged when she wouldn’t let him see her phone. He approached her aggressively, repeatedly demanding the device and shouting that he hoped police would take him away, threatening chaos if they tried.
Moreover, court documents indicate that Richards has filed a claim regarding Phipers’ possession of at least eight unregistered firearms.
Phipers filed for divorce earlier this month, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The couple married in 2018. Interestingly, Richards was previously married to Charlie Sheen, while Phipers had been with actress Nicolette Sheridan.
