Claims of Conspiracy Against Trump
Legal analyst Greg Jarrett from Fox News voiced his belief that the Obama administration conspired with Hillary Clinton’s campaign and Russia to undermine Donald Trump, claiming he had been “silenced.”
National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard recently released a document outlining what she refers to as a “long-running coup” against Trump following his victory over Clinton in the 2016 election. Jarrett mentioned that the Obama administration’s choice not to discuss the documents produced by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele led to a prolonged “law” aimed at Trump.
“It all starts with Hillary Clinton. In the summer of 2016, CIA Director John Brennan endorsed a plan that aided Hillary in colluding with Russia to tarnish Trump and fund misleading documents,” Jarrett stated on “Fox and Friends.” He emphasized that instead of being transparent with the American public, they chose silence.
“They secretly participated in a scheme to discredit Trump. They altered Intel documents to fuel the scandal. This marked the onset of a decade-long legal campaign that could potentially amount to a large conspiracy case. I think that’s something the FBI is examining now,” he added.
Steele’s reports have been frequently referenced in corporate media, including MSNBC, perpetuating unverified claims that Clinton lost the 2016 election due to Russian interference.
Special Advisor John Durham’s report investigated the origins of the FBI’s probes into allegations of conspiracy during the 2016 presidential campaign. The findings indicate that the FBI deemed many claims “unsupported.” FBI analyst Brian Orton testified in an October 2022 trial that the FBI offered Steele $1 million if he could substantiate his documents, but he failed to provide the necessary proof.
In 2022, the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee faced fines from the Federal Election Commission, according to reports.
