Blaire White, a conservative influencer, shares she is moving from Texas back to California.

Blair White, a conservative influencer, has left Texas and returned to California, the state she originally fled in 2021.

This week, White, who is 31, shared her decision to tackle ongoing issues in her home state rather than criticize it from a distance, expressing her desire to return to Los Angeles and contribute to a “solution.”

“I was born there, so it’s home for better or worse,” the trans social media figure told her 1.5 million YouTube subscribers.

She noted that while there are significant problems in California, many people want to dismiss the state entirely, suggesting it should “just go overboard and let it burn.”

To her, California remains “the most beautiful place in the world,” though she lamented, somewhat dramatically, that “it’s run by the devil.”

“I want to be part of the solution, not someone who runs away from the problem,” White expressed.

Having moved to Texas during the Covid crisis, she felt compelled to leave in the midst of strict lockdowns.

White shared that while Los Angeles has taken on a negative reputation—described by her as becoming “ghetto and oppressed”—she may explore political opportunities upon her return to effect change.

Like many influencers, she moved from California to Texas during the pandemic due to stringent regulations.

Born in Corning, located around 100 miles from Sacramento, White has built a following through her YouTube channel with straightforward political commentary on topics like trans rights and feminism.

“I’m a trans woman living my life openly,” she stated, recalling how, despite personal experiences, the most hostility she faced was when wearing a Trump hat, which she feels significantly illustrates her point.

White moved after enrolling in California State University in Chico for computer science in 2015.

Before she embraced her current views, she identified as a “social justice warrior” leaning left, but indicated a shift toward conservative values throughout her college experience.
