Police summoned to Scott Wolf's residence by unknown caller concerned about 'estranged wife' violating restraining order

Emergency Call from Scott Wolf’s Home

An unknown individual made an urgent 911 call from the residence of Scott Wolf, claiming his “estranged wife” was attempting to breach a restraining order.

On June 27th, deputies from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office responded to the call in Park City, Utah, where the “Five Party” actor resided with his wife, Kelly Wolf, and their three children.

“Why do you continue your call for peace?” the dispatcher questioned the unnamed caller during the audio of the emergency call.

The caller explained that he had restraining orders against his estranged wife, suggesting he had reason to believe she might show up at his home that night, possibly causing a scene, as communicated through a friend.

The man mentioned he was at home “out of town with my three children.” When asked if the woman was present, he stated he had been informed about her potential appearance, indicating she had hinted to others about being with someone else.

He provided the dispatcher with his GPS location information and expressed the desire to wait for officers to arrive, noting, “This is about an ongoing case. If you want to attach it, you have a case number.”

The call concluded with the man thanking the dispatcher for the assistance.

According to a report from the Sheriff’s Office, officers arrived at approximately 11:46 PM and left about 15 minutes later, without making any arrests.

Contacted for comments, Scott did not respond immediately.

Just last month, Kelly announced their divorce after 21 years of marriage. A few days before the call, Scott had filed a restraining order against Kelly amid their contentious split.

The actor was granted temporary physical and legal custody of their children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11, due to allegations that Kelly’s behavior posed a serious threat to the minors.

Earlier this month, Kelly claimed she was subjected to a second involuntary hold and alleged police brutality during her detention.

Following a new temporary agreement between the former couple regarding custody, finances, and communication, Scott lifted the restraining order against Kelly.
