New Files Suggest Hillary Clinton May Be Linked to Russian Conspiracy Hoax Aimed at President Donald Trump.
In a weekend interview on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures, CIA Director John Ratcliffe discussed recent developments regarding claims of a conspiracy involving Trump, suggesting it originates with Hillary Clinton.
“Last week’s revelations surrounding John Brennan, James Clapper, and James Comey indicate how they promoted false narratives in the intelligence community assessments,” Ratcliffe stated. “These claims laid the groundwork for the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.”
He added, “What’s still not released is crucial intelligence I’ve advised to declassify over the last few months, which I’ve sent to the Department of Justice. It implicates Clinton in a plot that used the FBI to further these unfounded narratives.”
Ratcliffe previously testified under oath in 2022, noting that “much of that testimony is, frankly speaking, at odds with key intelligence soon to be released in the Durham Annex.”
“In the summer of 2016, the US Intelligence Agency intercepted communications from the Russian Intelligence Agency about the ‘Clinton project,'” he continued. “Clinton made false accusations against Trump regarding Russian collusion, which has deeply damaged his reputation,” Ratcliffe explained.
He described the intelligence as “highly significant,” claiming that Brennan had informed Obama and his national security team about Clinton’s activities. Ratcliffe expressed concern that the truth about the origins of the Russian collusion narrative has been kept from the public for years.
According to a report from Breitbart News, National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard indicated he had declassified the House Intelligence Committee’s report from late 2020.
The report emerged shortly after Gabbard’s office issued findings suggesting a significant cover-up by Obama and his national security team following Trump’s 2016 victory over Clinton.
“This feels like a rebellion,” Trump remarked while addressing reporters from the Oval Office about the situation involving Obama.
Breitbart News noted a 2022 poll from the Technometrica Institute showing that Clinton believed her role in the Russian collusion narrative should be investigated.
The following year, John Durham’s report discussed the Clinton campaign’s strategy to “discredit” Trump by associating him with Vladimir Putin, but the matter apparently went unexamined.
