Several Trump officials allege FBI monitoring via emails from Google court orders

The initial Trump administration officials have revealed that they received notifications from Google just before they resumed their roles under Biden, indicating an FBI investigation. However, Google couldn’t disclose these details due to court orders.

Dan Scavino, who is now the vice chief of staff and an aide to the president, mentioned that “Biden Law Fair” is starting up, especially after having served during Trump’s presidency. He noted that Google had to comply with legal processes from the FBI, which compelled them to share information linked to a Google account. Scavino stated he got this notification about five weeks before Trump returned to the White House.

He added, “I’ve never shared this before, but it’s a bit crazy what many of us have experienced here in the United States.”

Shortly after Scavino’s post, FBI Director Kash Patel responded, indicating he had received a similar notification. Jeff Clark, who is the current acting administrator of the Information and Regulatory Affairs Bureau, also reported that he got a similar message on a Saturday morning.

Clark referenced his past experience with Jack Smith, stating, “The entire Jack Smith team was focused on my emails after a privilege review.” He expressed frustration, claiming that the team disregarded important legal privileges, which he felt was an attempt to undermine him.

Former CIA Director John Brennan Unclear About FBI Investigation

Jack Smith’s investigations have centered on how sensitive documents were handled, particularly those taken by former Attorney General Merrick Garland during Trump’s scrutiny over the 2020 election aftermath at Mar-A-Lago.

Clark remarked, “My medical records and private communications had nothing to do with the 2020 election. They weren’t anyone’s business.” He emphasized that some attorneys appeared willing to misuse government resources to pressure him.

He claimed, “They were trying to force me into court to breach attorney-client confidentiality with Trump, but my team and I didn’t fall for it.” He saw this as a blatant intimidation tactic, asserting that it failed to pressure him.
