Arrest Made Following Cincinnati Mob Attack

A man has been arrested in connection with a recent mob attack in Cincinnati that involved a victim named Holly. WLWT-TV reported that Patrick Rosemond, aged 38, was taken into custody on Monday in Fulton County, Georgia. He faces charges of felony assault and inciting riots, according to Cincinnati police.

Rosemond is expected to be extradited back to Cincinnati. Fulton County Jail records indicate that he was apprehended by Atlanta police and was still in jail as of Tuesday morning.

Holly, the victim, was punched in the face during the incident and was rendered unconscious. In a heartfelt video, she expressed her gratitude for the support she has received, noting, “It was very hard, and I’m still recovering. I still have very bad brain trauma.”

Ohio Republican Senator Bernie Moreno shared a disturbing image of Holly shortly after the attack, showcasing her injuries. The footage shows Holly being struck and subsequently needing help.

Rosemond is the fifth suspect arrested in relation to this mob attack. Another suspect, 37-year-old Dominique Kittle, was apprehended on Friday and also faces charges of felony assault. Reports indicate Kittle attacked Holly from behind during the incident.

Three other individuals connected to the case have also been identified: 39-year-old Jermaine Matthews, 24-year-old Dekyra Vernon, and 34-year-old Montianez Merriweather.

Court records reveal that Matthews is accused of inflicting serious physical harm on the victim and has a history of felony convictions. Merriweather is alleged to have assaulted Holly while she was on the ground. His bond for the mob-related charges is set at $500,000.

Vernon has been charged with aggravated rioting, and it appears she played an active role in the altercation.
