Trump Critiques Democratic Representative

On Monday, President Donald Trump criticized Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) and other liberal members of Congress, referring to them as “political hacks” who should be subject to cognitive testing.

In a post on social media, he labeled Crockett as someone with a “low (very!!!) IQ,” claiming she was harming the party alongside others like AOC. Trump suggested that all these politicians should undergo cognitive assessments, similar to the one he took during a recent physical at a military hospital in Washington, D.C. He expressed confidence that they would fail, showcasing what he described as ignorance and incompetence.

These remarks followed a CNN interview where someone had characterized Trump as “aspiring Hitler.” In response, Crockett addressed Trump’s comments about her intelligence.

She remarked, “He has nothing to offer in terms of criticism. I discuss important issues, like gerrymandering and its negative effects, while he struggles to articulate any argument. It’s almost amusing how offended he gets.” Regarding cognitive capacity, there have been extensive discussions in the media focusing on former President Joe Biden’s mental sharpness, with various narratives circulating.

Earlier in April, Trump claimed he received a vaccination along with Biden during his physical examination and that the process included cognitive testing. According to an evaluation by a White House physician that month, Trump was declared to be in “excellent health.”
