Trump Sends a Message to Obama: He “Puts a Huge Burden on Me”
President Donald Trump has weighed in on the Supreme Court’s ruling regarding presidential immunity, particularly in relation to his accusations against former President Barack Obama. Trump claims Obama has perpetuated false narratives about him, complicating things further.
Meanwhile, former Navy SEAL and current GOP House Representative Eli Crane had a pointed message for Obama. “You’ve done enough damage, and it’s probably time to take a step back,” Crane remarked, responding to Obama’s comments about healthcare policy.
Obama had mentioned on social media the repeated attempts by Republicans to repeal the Affordable Care Act, stating they’ve found little success in their efforts. Crane’s comments came as a retort to this.
Additionally, Senator Mike Lee from Utah addressed the Democratic claims about Obamacare, noting the financial burden it places on American families instead of aiding them. Lee pointed out that while large healthcare companies have profited greatly, hardworking individuals have struggled.
In another talking point, Obama criticized the rezoning in Texas, labeling it as an act that undermines democracy. His stance suggests a broader concern about governmental policies that might harm citizens.
Former Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker also shared his thoughts, emphasizing that Medicaid should primarily support vulnerable populations, like children and seniors, rather than enabling able-bodied adults.
Fox News Digital has reached out to the White House for a response regarding Obama’s statements.
In a lighter note, Michelle Obama recently celebrated her husband’s birthday by referring to him as a “cool guy,” jokingly playing off divorce rumors they encountered. The couple, who have been through so much during their time in the public eye, often shows a mix of humor and affection toward one another.
Barack Obama served as president from 2009 until 2017, before Donald Trump took office.
