Brito urged Biden to “promptly retract” the “unfounded and inflammatory statements” made about Mrs. Trump. In light of this, Fox News Digital sought comments from Andrew Callaghan and Channel 5 but did not receive a reply.

In a recent video, Hunter Biden claimed that “Epstein introduced Melania to Trump,” hinting at a deeper connection than previously understood. He further stated that it was through Epstein that Melania and Donald Trump met.

Brito emphasized that the statements made by Biden have caused significant “financial and reputational harm” to Melania Trump. He pointed out that these claims have been circulated widely through various media outlets, reaching millions. The letter criticized what it described as “false, disgraceful, and libelous” remarks that have permeated social media.

Brito also suggested that Hunter’s source for these claims was journalist Michael Wolf, whose piece sparked controversy in the Daily Beast. Following a challenge from Brito, the outlet pulled the article and issued an apology to the First Lady.

Nevertheless, Brito alleged that Hunter Biden’s repeated reliance on these claims shows a malicious intent to affect Melania Trump’s reputation for personal gain. He challenged Biden to issue a complete retraction of the video and apologize for the misstatements.

Brito also required Biden not to destroy any evidence or documents related to these claims, including communications concerning Melania Trump’s name. If Biden does not comply with these demands by a specified deadline, he warned that legal action could ensue.
