Priscilla Presley faces accusations of removing her daughter Lisa Marie's life support in shocking new lawsuit

A recent lawsuit is making serious allegations against Priscilla Presley’s daughter, Lisa Marie Presley. The suit, filed by Priscilla’s former business partner, asserts that Lisa Marie may have taken her off life support to gain control of her last name.

Lisa Marie, daughter of Priscilla and the iconic Elvis Presley, passed away in January 2023 after suffering cardiac arrest at her home in California. She was 54.

The legal documents indicate that Kevin Fialco, who heads Bridget Cruze alongside Priscilla, alleges that Priscilla aimed to “finally control” her trust and Graceland, the famous Memphis estate formerly owned by Elvis.

Fialco and Cruze are suing Priscilla for at least $50 million, claiming she acted quickly to reposition herself following Lisa Marie’s death. They argue that Priscilla recognized Lisa Marie’s plans to remove her as a trustee and may have, quite shockingly, “pulled the plug” shortly after becoming aware.

The lawsuit further asserts, “Priscilla was aware that Lisa’s passing eliminated the risk of Lisa’s attempts to oust her as the sole trustee of the irrevocable life insurance trust.” It also states that Priscilla had ambitions to control both the trust and Graceland. Allegedly, she was heard shouting, “I’m the Queen. I’m in charge of Graceland” shortly after the news broke.

In reaction, Priscilla’s lawyer, Marty Singer, has condemned the lawsuit as the “most shameful, ridiculous, and useless” case he has encountered. He emphasized that linking a grieving mother to her daughter’s death is not just a poor defense; it’s an attack on her character that deserves widespread criticism. He expressed confidence that these claims would ultimately be proven invalid and that the case would be dismissed.

This isn’t the first legal trouble for Priscilla. Last summer, she alleged that she had been a victim of financial abuse. After her divorce from Elvis in 1973, a lawsuit noted she agreed to refrain from using the “Presley” surname.

Following Elvis’s death, Lisa Marie gained her inheritance in 1993, which was worth approximately $100 million at that time. The trust now lists Lisa Marie’s children, Riley Keough and the late Benjamin Keough, as co-trustees, excluding Priscilla.

After Lisa Marie’s passing, Riley was granted full ownership of the property, which led to a protracted legal struggle with Priscilla. Reports suggest that Lisa Marie had a complicated and strained relationship with her mother, even taking legal action against her over trust issues.

Further complicating matters, the official autopsy found no signs of foul play in Lisa Marie’s death, which was determined to be natural stemming from complications following bariatric surgery.

Fialco and Cruze allege that Priscilla did not respect Lisa Marie’s wishes for her life and legacy.

Interestingly, the pair also claimed they negotiated a deal on Priscilla’s behalf, resulting in a payout of $2.4 million and a significant agreement for Priscilla’s son, Navalon.

Lisa Marie, a mother of four, shared her eldest daughter, Riley, 36, and her late son, Benjamin, with ex-husband Danny Keough. She also had 16-year-old twins, Finley and Harper, with Michael Lockwood, whom she married in 2006 before their split in 2016.
