Kelly Wolf’s Divorce Lawyer Withdraws Amid Controversy

Kelly Wolf has lost her divorce lawyer just days after her estranged husband, Scott Wolf, accused him of making “intrusive, false” claims. This development follows a tumultuous legal battle.

A judge in Utah has permitted lawyer Farrar Spencer and his team to withdraw from representing Kelly, which takes effect immediately, freeing them from any further obligations in the case.

The withdrawal leaves Kelly, aged 48, without legal representation during her ongoing divorce proceedings.

This situation has escalated after Scott, 57, leveled accusations against Kelly for making “disturbing and false” allegations about him. He described the challenges of their separation as complicated and tragic for everyone involved.

Scott stated that he has received reports of serious accusations from his estranged wife, which he categorically denies.

He further claimed that Kelly attempted to file multiple allegations against him, including accusations of psychological and child abuse.

Interestingly, Scott also suggested that, despite his estranged wife’s lack of faith in him, she was trying to manipulate the narrative to sway public opinion.

In response, Kelly shared a screenshot of a message on Instagram, expressing her distress. “I will surrender to you… all I do is cry,” she wrote, indicating feelings of hopelessness and confusion.

In another message, she mentioned her intentions to stay with her parents until she felt deserving of seeing her child, ending the note with “I hate you.” This post reached a wide audience on the platform.

According to the new custody agreement, Scott retains exclusive use of the family home and control over the couple’s finances. Yet, he is obligated to cover household expenses and provide Kelly with provisional living costs and car payments.

While he has been granted temporary physical custody of their three children, Kelly has been allotted “liberal” supervised visitation rights with them. She is also allowed to coordinate supervised parenting time through video or phone calls, based on a prior agreement.

Interestingly, if one of their children initiates contact with Kelly, she is permitted to respond. If she adheres to the conditions set forth, there is a possibility for her to eventually have unsupervised time with the children.

This situation comes on the heels of Kelly sharing a perplexing video last month, depicting her attempts to enter their family home.

In an Instagram Live session, she filmed herself trying to gain access in Park City, Utah. Following her post, her 16-year-old son Jackson commented, adding another layer to the unfolding family dynamic.
