A 12-year-old girl from Scotland has been charged with weapon possession amidst claims that she defended herself from aggressive pursuers. One individual, Dumana, a 21-year-old Bulgarian, stated, “I never touched her. I swear on my life. I have a baby now,” adding that if he had harmed the girl, he would have been arrested. He insisted that the situation was clear on the farm’s CCTV footage.

Dumana claimed to have been verbally abused, stating, “I hit them. I’m a human, not an animal,” emphasizing his side of the story.

Police Scotland indicated that an adult was arrested in relation to the incident but further details remain limited. A reporter shared a very different perspective after speaking with the girl’s family, suggesting a narrative that contradicts the immigrants’ accounts.

It appears there is significant tension surrounding the matter. The girl, identified as Laura, reportedly sought support through a fundraiser following the incident. The fundraiser’s details tell a harrowing story where Laura, alongside her younger sister and a friend, encountered inappropriate remarks from a group described as “foreigners.” This escalated into a physical confrontation that resulted in one girl being hospitalized for a serious concussion.

Social media also played a role; a TikTok user claimed to have witnessed the events unfold, mentioning that the conflict intensified when an adult woman allegedly attacked one of Laura’s friends, Ruby, leading to serious injuries.

According to the TikTok accounts, Laura drew the weapon in a bid to defend them. Yet even after this incident, no arrests were made of those involved, which strikes many as odd.

The fundraisers related to this case have gained traction, accruing significant donations as support rolls in for the girls involved. However, amidst the chaos and conflicting stories, the true narrative remains obscured.

The police have been approached for further clarification, particularly concerning the alleged hospitalization of individuals and the availability of CCTV footage. So far, they have maintained that revealing more information would breach privacy regulations.
