Bill Ackman reveals Charlie Kirk's messages to clarify Israel blackmail accusations from Candace Owens

Bill Ackman Shares Private Texts with Charlie Kirk

On Tuesday night, Bill Ackman revealed a private text exchange with Charlie Kirk that included an invitation for a “Fish Dinner with a Woman.”

In a post on X, Ackman expressed hesitance about sharing private messages but felt it was necessary before the upcoming conservative activist gatherings. He mentioned he would provide more details about his conversations with Kirk in the future.

Ackman included a WhatsApp screenshot showing friendly interactions with Kirk, which he claims occurred after a controversial event in the Hamptons about a month prior.

Kirk texted, “How are you?” to which Ackman replied, thanking him for their recent time together. Ackman then suggested dinner with his wife, calling it “amazing” and expressing his desire to get to know Kirk better.

Kirk responded positively, saying, “Absolutely, that would be great,” and Ackman invited him to visit New York and mentioned they would enjoy their time together.

Ackman challenged readers to consider whether Kirk sounded like someone he had threatened or blackmailed. In a lengthy note accompanying the screenshot, he aimed to clarify “some facts, corrections, and receipts” to counter misinformation circulating online.

He clarified that the Turning Point USA event took place at a hotel in Bridgehampton, not at his home, and he covered all expenses for participants, emphasizing that it wasn’t a secret event and there were no NDAs involved.

Ackman remarked that attendees were free to discuss what happened at the event, insisting it was not under any “Chatham House Rules.” He acknowledged participants’ hesitation to speak out due to fears of backlash.

He also shared Kirk’s concerns about pressures from supporters of Israel regarding criticism of the country, stating that they both believed such viewpoints were misguided.

Ackman refuted claims from the left-leaning media outlet Grayzone that he and other pro-Israel figures pressured Kirk to invite former Fox News host Tucker Carlson to the event. He clarified his conversations with Kirk were not complaints about Carlson’s criticisms, but rather inquiries into Kirk’s thoughts on them.

Owens had previously suggested Kirk experienced pressure and was subjected to an “intervention,” alleging involvement from Ackman and Israeli officials. Ackman has dismissed these allegations completely.

Ackman stated, “I have never threatened Charlie Kirk, Turning Point, or anyone associated with him,” asserting that he has not been threatened either.

Last Wednesday, Kirk was shot at a Turning Point USA event in Utah, with a 22-year-old suspect arrested, though there’s no evidence linking the incident to Kirk’s views on the Middle East.

A report revealed over 10,000 posts on X erroneously connecting Israel to the incident.

Ackman expressed sympathy for Kirk’s tragic death, urging against the development of conspiracy theories that could harm innocent people, emphasizing that we’ve experienced enough loss already.

Owens criticized the New York Post, calling it an Israeli propaganda outlet and expressing her disinterest in participating in what she described as a predictable and unimpactful attack.

The post has sought comments from Carlson, TPUSA, and the Israeli government.
